As an ISO registered company we plan and arrange our training schedules to ensure that the skills necessary are in place before they are likely to be required. This proactive attitude towards training ensures our staff is always equipped with the knowledge necessary to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
Every member of Lyons staff receives a full induction covering the essential aspects of their role.
We recognise that there will be times when clients will want to use their own staff to operate the machines that we have supplied them. We have a long and proven track record of working with many of the major Contract Caterers and Local Authorities.

We provide initial training to ensure that all staff involved are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively and to the required standards. This is then backed up with scheduled refreshers to help maintain skill levels and monitor performance.
At the start of any new operating contract, we ensure that our customer support team is on hand to help your customers get the best from their new vending equipment in the early days.
Future training and refresher training for self-operators can be arranged with a member of our dedicated training staff attending site to provide on-site training.
