We recognised that the supply of chilled, short shelf life products is a small but critical part of any operating service. Where possible we have taken total control of the service and use our own chilled transport and staff, to ensure total control and safety of the products from manufacture to purchase. Our specialist Hygiene Managers monitor all food suppliers and make regular routine inspections of facilities and delivery vehicles.

The range incorporates a number of sandwich classics such as the tasty Chicken & Bacon Club and the deliciously satisfying All Day Breakfast, as well as more unusual offerings like the tantalising Onion Bhaji and the delicate Mozzarella Salad with Sicilian Pesto. Salads
...are included in our menu to extend the lunchtime snack meal repertoire and to give the customer opportunity for occasional departure from our speciality breads when, quite simply, ‘they fancy something different’.
Our freshly prepared snack salads come layered with a choice of pasta or coleslaw and contain tasty bites of Chicken, Cheese, Egg, Prawn or Tuna.
